Thank you for shopping with RE:UP. We take pride in creating unique, upcycled bags and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact.

Due to the nature of upcycled materials, slight variations in color, texture, and design are expected and are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@reuseupcycle.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@reuseupcycle.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a description and photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
